The Catalonia region has some of the most renowned wine growing areas in Spain with 10 DOPs and one DOQ, including the Priorat DOQ (the only one in Spain outside of the the Rioja region), but also magnificent wines from Montsant DOP, Tarragona DOP, Penedes DOP to the most northern of these Emporda DOP. And don’t forget the Vermut (Vermouth) offering also for which the Tarragona and Reus region is renowned.
You do not need to be a golfer to enjoy the wine offering, this can be a standalone experience for couples, individuals or larger groups and can be taken as seriously as the participants like from wanting a deep dive into the wines or simply enjoying different wines with friends.
